MyGelagen.org is an independent site — we don't take payments, ship anything, or issue refunds ourselves. That side of things is entirely handled by the official Gelagen seller once you check out through one of our links.
These need to go to the official seller directly — check your order confirmation email for their support contact, or use the help link on the checkout page itself. We have no access to order systems and can't act on a purchase for you.
Spotted something wrong, or just want to ask about how we researched a claim? Here's how to reach us:
Email: [email protected]
Publisher: [Your Company / Publisher Name]
Address: [Your Business Address]
Swap the bracketed placeholders for your real publisher info before launch — most ad networks and payment processors expect a working contact email and physical address on file.
