We don't process refunds, the seller does

MyGelagen.org is an independent site. Every "Check Price" link sends you to the official seller's own checkout, and that's who handles payment, shipping and refunds, not us.

What the brand's guarantee covers

As of our last review, the brand backs Gelagen with a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date you purchase, and their FAQ asks for a minimum of 30 days of use before you request a refund.

These terms belong entirely to the seller and can change without notice. Treat this page as a summary for convenience — the seller's checkout page and your order confirmation email are the actual authority here.

Requesting a refund, step by step

1. Find your order confirmation email — it'll come from the seller, not from us.
2. Use the refund instructions in that email, or the support link on the official checkout page.
3. Note your purchase date and set a reminder well before the 60-day mark.

Why we can't help directly

We don't have access to order or payment systems, so we can't issue a refund, cancel an order, or change a shipping address on your behalf. If you contact us about a refund, we'll point you to the right seller channel — see our contact page.
